What makes
a fine dough is the quality of ingredients used. Only
ingredients that meet our specifications are used. We
source only high grade flour - based on protein content,
water absorption levels, colour and composition for
production. Butter must be fresh, with emphasis on aroma,
purity and richness. Of course, there are other key
ingredients that have to meet the same stringent conditions
before accepted for use. Periodic checks of the ingredients
are carried out to ensure production of quality frozen
dough.
